Sone’s Satay Chicken Wraps

Serves 4

500g chicken boneless breast or thigh

2 tbs Sone’s Salad Sauce

1 tsp salt

2 tbs cooking oil

1/4 cup Sone’s Satay Sauce


TO SERVE:

4 large wraps/large tortillas

Salad greens or chopped lettuce

1 tomato, sliced

1 cup sliced cucumber

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced


  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Add Sone’s Salad Sauce and salt. Stir to combine. Cover and marinate for at least one hour. 

  2. Pre-soak 8 bamboo skewers in water. Thread chicken pieces onto the bamboo skewers.

  3. Heat oil on a large frying pan (these can also be cooked on the BBQ). Once hot, place the chicken skewers in the pan and cook at high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning every few minutes to cook evenly until chicken is cooked through.

  4. Transfer skewers to a platter and spoon over with Sone’s Satay Sauce.

  5. Serve with wraps and chopped salad ingredients.
