Sone's Larb salad

Mushrooms OR mince meat (whichever is your favourite)

Red onion (chopped)

Coriander

Mint

Spring onion

A pinch of sugar

Soy sauce 

Fish sauce (substitute with salt to make it vegan)

1 tbsp Sone's larb mix

4 tbsp lemon juice

Chilli

Sticky rice or lettuce cups to serve

  1. If using mushrooms, slice and bake the mushrooms. If using meat, dry fry your mince until just cooked.

  2. Add the chopped onions, coriander, mint, spring onion, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, larb mix and chilli.

  3. Mix it all through and serve with the rice or lettuce cups.
